About the role

  • The role includes supporting events and professional development programs and maintaining digital platforms, communications, and program resources.
  • The Graduate Assistant also supervises undergraduate student workers and contributes to grant applications and fund-raising initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and reporting of annual goals and outcomes and facilitate engagement of CETL Faculty Liaisons through organized communication and coordination of their participation in CETL initiatives.

Nice to have

  • Assist with promotion and registration, record and archive sessions, and distribute digital materials to participants.
  • Contribute to the development and post website content, organize Microsoft Teams channels and shared files, and ensure the accuracy and accessibility of digital materials.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of grant proposals, including gathering supporting materials, drafting content, and coordinating required documentation.
  • Contribute to tracking funding opportunities and maintaining records of submissions and outcomes to strengthen ongoing development efforts.
  • Organize and inventory office and program supplies for both units and assist with purchasing processes.
