As an Operations Coordinator at our Easter Wind Plant, you will play a key role in supporting the operation and maintenance of a renewable power generation facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance.

Develop, maintain, and track operational and maintenance schedules, analyze performance against targets, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Support plant compliance programs, including environmental commitments, NERC requirements, equipment inspections, certifications, and regulatory reporting.
Prepare operational reports, maintain plant records and logs, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and assist with Oracle financial processes.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including operations teams, contractors, landowners, community representatives, and service providers, while providing on-call support for operational events and emergencies.
Working closely with the Plant Manager, contractors, and operational stakeholders, you will help coordinate maintenance activities, support compliance programs, manage resources, and contribute to the ongoing success of plant operations.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computerized business systems.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a passport.
Ability to climb stairs and ladders 100 meters in height.
Final candidates for this position may be required to undergo a security screening, including a criminal records check.

Experience supporting wind generation facilities, renewable energy assets, or power plant operations.
Experience with contract administration, vendor management, and contractor oversight.
Knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance programs within an industrial environment.

Related university degree and four‐plus years' experience OR six‐plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
