About the role

The Senior Associate, Deal Management, Private Investment Operations will be primarily responsible for ensuring timely and seamless execution of all private deals.
They will act as the primary point of contact for the investments group and the subject matter expert for the private deal execution process for all internal and external stakeholders.
They will also be responsible for maintaining deal execution-related data and creating actionable insights that can be used enterprise-wide.

Deal Execution and Support
Review and understand all relevant transaction execution-related documents.
Support senior management in the continuous improvement of the deal execution process.
Foster relationships with investment teams and closely collaborate with other internal and external stakeholders.
Deliver all team responsibilities professionally, timely, and accurately.
Create actionable insights through analytics and recommend actions based on these insights.
Perform continuous monitoring of dashboards and deliver timely, accurate reports, providing recommendations to ensure processes are continuously efficient and provide consumer value.
Constantly update process documents to ensure institutional memory is preserved.
Work with senior management and stakeholders to design and implement efficient and effective private structures to house deals.
Work with external parties to set up and manage externally administered SPVs and manage account platforms.

Relevant university degree (such as Business, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science) or equivalent relevant experience.
4+ years of related work experience in alternative investment operations.
Extensive experience in investment finance processes, especially related to private alternative assets.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think through problems and recommend solutions.
Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and work under pressure with time-sensitive deadlines

The Base Salary range for this level is as follows:$105,000 - $155,000.Individual compensation and placement of this role in the range is based on different factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to relevant experience,

Continuously evolve design processes, including experimentation and learning with emerging technologies.
Calculate ongoing costs and benefits of each structure as an input into deal structuring decisions.
