About the role

  • The Senior Associate, Deal Management, Private Investment Operations will be primarily responsible for ensuring timely and seamless execution of all private deals.
  • They will act as the primary point of contact for the investments group and the subject matter expert for the private deal execution process for all internal and external stakeholders.
  • They will also be responsible for maintaining deal execution-related data and creating actionable insights that can be used enterprise-wide.

Responsibilities

  • Deal Execution and Support
  • Review and understand all relevant transaction execution-related documents.
  • Support senior management in the continuous improvement of the deal execution process.
  • Foster relationships with investment teams and closely collaborate with other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver all team responsibilities professionally, timely, and accurately.
  • Create actionable insights through analytics and recommend actions based on these insights.
  • Perform continuous monitoring of dashboards and deliver timely, accurate reports, providing recommendations to ensure processes are continuously efficient and provide consumer value.
  • Constantly update process documents to ensure institutional memory is preserved.
  • Work with senior management and stakeholders to design and implement efficient and effective private structures to house deals.
  • Work with external parties to set up and manage externally administered SPVs and manage account platforms.

Requirements

  • Relevant university degree (such as Business, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science) or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 4+ years of related work experience in alternative investment operations.
  • Extensive experience in investment finance processes, especially related to private alternative assets.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think through problems and recommend solutions.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and work under pressure with time-sensitive deadlines

Compensation

  • The Base Salary range for this level is as follows:$105,000 - $155,000.Individual compensation and placement of this role in the range is based on different factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to relevant experience,
