About the role
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing the organization's talent acquisition processes with a strong emphasis on high-volume recruiting.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders in an efficient, high-volume recruiting environment
- Analyze KPIs and recruitment trends to identify bottlenecks, improve candidate throughput, and accelerate hiring outcomes across high-volume recruiting activity.
Responsibilities
- The role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to develop effective recruitment strategies for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles, interpret recruitment KPIs, and implement actions that accelerate hiring outcomes.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Support
- Manage a high-volume recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer management, and pre-onboarding across multiple concurrent requisitions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce demand, prioritize urgent openings, and develop effective recruiting strategies by role type, hiring volume, and business need.
- Identify and develop scalable recruitment channels based on position type, including job boards, community outreach, referral programs, schools, and other talent sources that support high-volume hiring.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical, recurring, and high-volume roles to support consistent staffing needs.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Administer and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and reporting capability.
- Ensure high-volume recruitment activity, candidate movement, and requisition status are accurately maintained in the ATS to support visibility and timely decision-making.
- Generate and interpret recruitment metrics and dashboards to support workforce planning and hiring decisions.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in similar field
- Bilingual - English/Spanish required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment KPIs and translate insights into actionable improvements.
