About the role

  • The Tax Intern, Digital Tax Solutions is responsible for collaborating with TaxAI staff and management to assess client tax departments end-to-end and assist in executing on the client's needs for automation across tax data, process, technology, and workforce.
  • Client engagements may include optimization or implementation of existing client tools, custom BDO tax/data solutions or 3rd party vendor solutions.
  • Seeks to learn the full picture of an external client or internal teams' business and assists in executing on the development of unique strategies aligned with business objectives

Responsibilities

  • Gains exposure to ownership of risk mitigation and quality assurance, with support from leadership

Nice to have

  • Leadership experience, preferred
  • Desire to obtain CPA certification, Attorney, Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent ("EA"), Alteryx, RPA, or other Analytics software certification (or the equivalent of one of these designations), preferred
