About the role

As a Business Broker, you will advise business owners through the sale of their companies while representing qualified buyers seeking acquisition opportunities.
Your first milestone is to establish a portfolio of 15 sell-side clients within 15 months.
You will have access to more than 700 active listings, a dedicated internal deal team, and a robust buyer network, allowing you to represent both sellers and buyers.

You will build and manage your own portfolio of clients, guide transactions from valuation through closing, and provide high-level advisory support throughout the process.
This is a commission-based role for professionals who want autonomy, accountability, and the chance to build real wealth by doing meaningful work.
With operations across Austin, DFW, Waco, Colorado, and Las Vegas, our team leads the industry in deal volume, total sales, and broker success.
