About the role

- This is a hands-on, learning-by-doing role.
- You'll work closely with our events, sales, and growth teams to make sure every experience we host reflects Alma at its best.
Responsibilities
- Help manage the operational lifecycle of events: venue sourcing, catering, vendors, AV, run-of-show, merch, and day-of readiness
- Help create and refine repeatable checklists, timelines, and playbooks for different event formats
- Support tracking of budgets, staffing needs, and vendor relationships tied to our events calendar
- Partner with the events team to turn plans into on-the-ground logistics
- Provide clear, regular updates on what's done, what's pending, and where you need support

Requirements
- You are in school in the Bay Area and can commit to a 3-6 month internship for >12 hours per week
