Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity strategies in support of growth initiatives and operational needs.
- Lead financial due diligence for potential acquisitions and support post-acquisition integration planning.
- Develop financial models to evaluate acquisition targets, synergy opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs, including labor utilization metrics in a project-based business model.
- Lead cost management and efficiency initiatives across procurement, expense management, and operations.
- Support exit strategy planning, including financial readiness for due diligence, potential sale, or IPO scenarios.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or VP of Finance, or senior finance executive in a growth-oriented organization.
- Experience working with private equity sponsors, boards, investors, and lenders.
- Experience implementing or optimizing ERP and financial systems.
- Strong understanding of cash management, working capital, financial controls, compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to executive, board, investor, and lender audiences.
Compensation
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting to support executive decision-making.
