About the role
- The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and leading a comprehensive learning strategy that supports business growth, leadership development, and employee engagement.
- This position is both strategic and hands-on, focused on building scalable learning initiatives that enhance performance, strengthen leadership capability, and drive retention.
- This individual will partner closely with business leaders to shape a culture of learning and continuous development, delivering practical and impactful learning solutions for office, field, and technical employees.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and implement development programs that build organizational capability.
- Program Design and Development
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business needs.
- Manage internal and external partners for program design, content creation, and delivery.

- Lead the design and execution of scalable learning programs that align with business objectives and operational priorities.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning that promotes growth, innovation, and high performance.
- Apply adult learning principles and proven instructional design methodologies, (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) to ensure programs are engaging, relevant, and results driven.
- Define and track key metrics to evaluate learning effectiveness, knowledge retention, and business impact.
