- With over 30 years of precision engineering, injection molding, and plastics manufacturing expertise, we are excited to invite you to join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement system/process improvements and cost-reduction projects to enhance efficiency.
- Create and maintain manufacturing process documentation (work instructions, data sheets) to keep everything organized.
- Develop and perform tight-tolerance measurement methods to ensure our product specifications are met with excellence.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to production operations and troubleshoot equipment issues with a positive attitude.
- Deliver process and equipment training to production staff as needed, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
- Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates to support a successful transition to the Hickory, NC area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or a related engineering field.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications to help with documentation and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with a 3D CAD system to bring your designs to life.
Nice to have
- Experience with mechanical (indicators, micrometers) and electronic metrology (CMM, CT, interferometry, confocal microscopy) is a plus!
