- The role is based in New York with occasional domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities
- Deal Origination: Source attractive investment opportunities across secondaries and co-investments, with a focus on North American transactions, through building and maintaining strong relationships with fund sponsors, intermediaries, limited partners, and management teams
- Project Management, Deal Underwriting & Execution: Lead the evaluation and execution of transactions, including: overseeing the development of complex financial models and analyses
- preparing materials in support of performance review meetings

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
- Proven quantitative capabilities and experience with building and analyzing financial models.
- Strong understanding of private equity, leveraged finance, project finance, and secondaries
- Knowledge of and exposure to infrastructure subsectors.
- Familiarity with the infrastructure private equity manager universe and transactions
- Investment Capabilities: Proven quantitative capabilities and experience with building and analyzing financial models.
- Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.
Skills
- Expert in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as solid interpersonal skills
Compensation
- For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$180,000.00 - USD$245,000.00.
