The role is based in New York with occasional domestic and international travel.

Deal Origination: Source attractive investment opportunities across secondaries and co-investments, with a focus on North American transactions, through building and maintaining strong relationships with fund sponsors, intermediaries, limited partners, and management teams
Project Management, Deal Underwriting & Execution: Lead the evaluation and execution of transactions, including: overseeing the development of complex financial models and analyses
preparing materials in support of performance review meetings

Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
Proven quantitative capabilities and experience with building and analyzing financial models.
Strong understanding of private equity, leveraged finance, project finance, and secondaries
Knowledge of and exposure to infrastructure subsectors.
Familiarity with the infrastructure private equity manager universe and transactions
Investment Capabilities: Proven quantitative capabilities and experience with building and analyzing financial models.
Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.

Expert in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Familiarity with AI tools

Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as solid interpersonal skills

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$180,000.00 - USD$245,000.00.
