Responsibilities
- Collect and track compliance documents

- The Senior Project Accountant's primary responsibility is to support the project team regarding contract billings, payments, timely reports, closeout compliance, and any other duties related to assigned projects.
Requirements
- Must have previous accounting experience with a general contractor or subcontractor
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Project Accountant role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or comparable professional experience
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently to identify potential discrepancies
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and comfortable with other MS Office products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build relationships with internal and external clients
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage their time well on tight deadlines
- High level of professionalism, responsiveness, and confidentiality
- Team-player and ability to build relationships well across the organization and team
Nice to have
- Experience in the construction industry preferred
- Procore, Timberline/Sage, and GC Pay experience a plus
