Responsibilities

  • You'll manage medium- to large-scale projects that require cross-functional coordination, stakeholder engagement, from planning through thoughtful execution and closure.
  • Partner with sponsors and project owners to define objectives, scope, priorities, success measures, and outcomes while identifying, assessing and mitigating risks, dependencies and barriers to project success
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, governance frameworks, communication strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, timelines, milestones, and RAID logs
  • Drive accountability and momentum while helping teams successfully navigate ambiguity and competing priorities
  • Maintain and improve HR portfolio reporting and tracking processes
  • Oversee and support the governance and maintenance of HR's Products and Services Catalog
  • Develop and deliver project management tools, resources, training and best practices to build project management capability and consistency across the HR function
  • Drive measurable progress while building trust and creating alignment among diverse stakeholders

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years leading projects, consulting engagements, or strategic initiatives, in Human Resources (preferred)
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence without formal authority
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience operating in highly matrixed environments
