About the role

- We are looking for a Outage Planner to oversee and coordinate critical outage planning and execution activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead assigned portion of outage scope through planning and execution stages
- Create detailed job packages in Cleopatra for each work order utilizing planning templates as applicable. Activities include individual tasks, manpower, durations, and assigned discipline
- Create job planning packages for each work order per Air Products guidelines for both internal and external distribution (e.g., bid events, contractor field personnel).
- Support client Management of Change processes, recognizing plant changes and following through on all documentation and recommendations in a timely manner
- Maintain communication with craftspeople, contractor representatives, and material suppliers

- Demonstrated ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with ADA standards
- Ability to accurately perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret Electrical & Instrumentation drawings and P&IDs
- Experience in preparing and reviewing test/work packages for issuance to the field
- 10+ years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation package planning and/or 10+ years of journey-level maintenance experience
- Proficiency in the use of computers and business software, including Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook), SAP, Primavera P6, and Adobe
- Working knowledge of process instrumentation including Flow, Level, Pressure, and Temperature devices
- Some bending, climbing, crawling, lifting, and shift work will be required
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
- Develop scope for assigned work orders within the outage, identifying secondary and/or support disciplines required
- Complete close-out and documentation as required by Air Products standards and procedures

Compensation
- $45-$50 per hour The pay range for this position is listed above.
