About the role
- This position is responsible for collection, distribution, and organization of beverage glassware and related equipment.
- Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:
- Monitors and navigates the casino floor to collect used glassware
Responsibilities
- Maintains organization in the established Earth and Sky central glass recovery areas
Requirements
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals
- Must be able to understand and complete multiple tasks assigned with minimum supervision
- Ability to use caustic chemicals and operate standard equipment such as a dishwasher
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
