Responsibilities
- Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies Tracking and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness Control and approve purchasing department budgets and requests Provide administration approval and updates as needed in Acumatica along with training new users Review and send out approved purchase orders Set up new vendors through a checklist to include negotiation and gathering quotes for all services and purchases Maintain and prepare the Special Purchase Requests database and renewals to present for executive approval Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment Administer Egencia and company travel by guiding users through appropriate approvals Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures Prepare quarterly updates of costs to ensure the company is compliant with purchases Effective negotiation skills with vendors regarding pricing Strong leadership capabilities

- At least 5 years of experience in support of purchasing, placing orders, processing purchase requisitions or orders, inventory control, or contract administration
Compensation
- $77,000 annually
- Starting Salary: $77,000 annually
