About the role
- Administrative Nurse I is responsible for directing patient care, related unit activities and personnel on an assigned shift utilizing the Nursing Process and Relationship-Based Care model as the framework in order to ensure quality patient care and workflow.
- The ANI identifies work priorities, determines and coordinates daily assignments and staff scheduling.
- The Administrative Nurse I is responsible for directing the nursing service of an assigned unit, with responsibility for implementation and modification of patient care plans.
Responsibilities
- Duties Responsibilities Develops, implements, and updates the patient's plan of care based on on-going assessment of the patient and input from the patient's family.
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
