About the role

ADGA is seeking a Physical Security Specialist to join our growing team.
You will have the opportunity to work directly with clients to assess and enhance their physical security posture, supporting the protection of critical facilities, personnel, and assets.
You will conduct security assessments, identify vulnerabilities and risks, and provide practical, tailored recommendations to strengthen overall security and operational resilience.

Evaluate the client's state of physical security based on the methodologies or Prevention Detection, Response and Recovery and Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design.
Conduct Security Design Briefs (SDBs).
Stay abreast of emerging threats, technologies, and trends in physical security and integrate relevant advancements into security designs and strategies.
Strong working knowledge of Government Leads Agency guideline and responsibilities.
Must currently hold or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret (Level II) Canadian Federal Government Security clearance.

This role involves working with clients across Canada, and occasional travel is required.
5+ years of experience within physical security with elements listed in key responsibilities.
