About the role

  • The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairs and maintenance of Cadwell assets and for general appearance/upkeep of premises.
  • This person contributes to the success of the business by providing prompt, efficient, and friendly service via in person or over the phone.
  • This position is located at company headquarters in Kennewick, WA.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting operations for all facilities (exteriors and interiors), building equipment, and grounds.
  • Promptly identify problems and effectively utilize resources to address problems in a satisfactory manner. Maintain quality of service during periods of increased or decreased work load.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment consistent with OSHA and Cadwell standards.

Requirements

  • This position may be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Job Knowledge: Demonstrates clear and thorough knowledge of responsibilities, understands the components of the job and how their job affects their department and the company.
  • Local travel is required for this position.

Compensation
