About the role
- This role requires a blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership to influence outcomes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Job Description This position follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation to be in the office 3 days per week at the St.
- Petersburg, FL Corporate Office location.
Responsibilities
- Lead the elicitation, documentation, and management of business and functional requirements for complex technology initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), validate test cases, and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Create and maintain process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and technical/user documentation.
- Support production issue triage and resolution
- Proven ability to elicit & document business requirements, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus across diverse teams.
- Proficient in data analysis, testing support, and issue triaging.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, including defining scope, monitoring deliverables, mitigating risks, and ensuring adherence to contractual SLAs.
Nice to have
- Experience with Legal/Compliance/Risk Management based software implementations, specifically OpenPages, Business Continuity in the Cloud, or Everbridge 360 a plus.
Skills
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Experience with tools like SQL, TFS, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Visio, and Postman a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) for documentation and productivity is desirable.
