About the role
- REGISTERED NURSE SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists in development of care protocols, keys measures, and standards of care.
- Assists with establishment of program goals and objectives for patient care and management.
- Assists in implementing team-directed improvements by using and teaching others the PDSA change model.
Responsibilities
- Monitors trends and implements strategies to assist patients with accessing appropriate level of care.
- Develops and conducts staff training as appropriate and necessary, to include introduction of new equipment, policies and procedures and all electronic patient care and practice management systems.
- Perform nursing duties as needed to facilitate care improvement and patient outcomes.
- Manages triage of walk-in patients.
- Performs after-hours on call duties as schedule indicates.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in Primary Care, ER or Med/Surg preferred.
