About the role
- We're seeking an experienced and highly organized Events Manager to join our Global Events team.
- In this role, you'll plan and execute a variety of events, including trade shows, customer events, internal meetings, and webinars.
- You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive stakeholders to bring events to life while supporting broader team operations and processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans with timelines, estimated spend and desired outcomes.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align events with business goals.
- Serve as a primary contact for vendors, agencies, and external partners.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and support post-event reconciliation.
- Effectively manage the procurement and contracting process
- Maintain event documentation and operational processes.

- The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of event management experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple projects while delivering exceptional attendee experiences.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of event planning, event marketing, or event management experience.
- Experience supporting trade shows, customer events, conferences, and virtual programs.
- Ability to work on multiple events at the same time.
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.

Skills
- Experience in a B2B technology, SaaS, fintech, or corporate environment.
- Familiarity with event management platforms and registration tools.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Delivering events on time and within budget.
- Creating outstanding attendee experiences.
- Building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Driving measurable business impact through engagement, pipeline generation, and customer retention.
- Continuously improving event processes and operational efficiency.
