About the role
- The Talent Acquisition III is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment activities, driving hiring strategies, and partnering with business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent across multiple functions and geographies.
- This role serves as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, ensuring alignment between workforce planning, talent acquisition initiatives, and business objectives.
- Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and the ability to influence hiring outcomes across the organization.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting global hiring across multiple regions and countries
- Experience mentoring recruiters or leading recruiting teams
- Knowledge of workforce planning, talent analytics, and recruiting automation tools
- Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar enterprise ATS platforms
- Exposure to AI-enabled sourcing and recruiting technologies
- Professional certifications in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Recruitment Marketing are a plus

Compensation
- $85,120.00 - $134,400.00 USD (Salary)
- Further, the salary information noted above is a range that consists of a minimum and maximum rate of pay for this specific position.
