  • Job Description As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for engaging and coaching advisors to grow their businesses organically through net client acquisition, net flows, and general practice management techniques.

Requirements

  • 5 years' relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Active Series 7 or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Active State securities agent registration (S63 orS66) or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Active State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Influence advisors to grow faster or course correct where required.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in financial services industry strongly preferred
  • Previous sales/marketing experienced preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability working in a fast-paced environment, and previous experience successfully managing multiple competing priorities
  • Knowledge of financial planning principles and process, as well as knowledge of advisor practice management processes and systems.
  • Ability to influence advisor and field leader behavior
  • Strong communication, coaching, training and general presentation skills
  • Self-driven and accountable

Compensation

  • The estimated base salary for this role is $76,300 - $104,900 / year.
  • We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy.
  • Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location.
  • In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
