Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration, integration, and governance of Facilities Services' enterprise systems, including Workday, Archibus, Trimble Unity Construct, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform
  • Design and maintain enterprise data architecture, data pipelines, and reporting solutions that support reliable, secure, and actionable business intelligence
  • Develop and oversee data governance, semantic modeling, analytics standards, and self-service reporting capabilities to promote consistent and informed decision-making
  • Manage Microsoft Power Platform governance, including automation standards, citizen developer solutions, and application lifecycle management practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Facilities Services, Information Technology, Finance, Human Resources, and other university departments to align technology solutions with organizational priorities
  • Support emerging technologies and artificial intelligence initiatives by ensuring secure, governed, and high-quality data foundations; and
  • Experience using Python and SQL to support data preparation, transformation, orchestration, and validation of enterprise data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Experience developing and overseeing Power BI reporting and semantic data models, including dimensional modeling, certified datasets, and standardized measures to support consistent enterprise analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and four (4) years of professional work experience
  • Master's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and two (2) years of professional work experience.
  • A valid Class "C" driver's license or higher operator's license is required at the time of appointment and as a condition of continuing employment.
  • In the event of a campus emergency, special event, closure to maintain campus safety or building operations, this position may be required to work outside of regularly scheduled hours.
