About the role
- They will have overall program management responsibilities ensuring program health and performance in scope, financials, personnel, deliverables, security, vendors, customer satisfaction, and contract growth.
- This position is 75% program-focused and 25% new business growth-focused within the National Security market and Facilities Management and Operations capability.
- DESIRED QUALIFCATIONS: - PMP certification. - Hazmat training. - CBRN Training. - First Aid/CPR/AED certification. - OSHA Compliance training. - Fire Brigade Incipient level training.
Responsibilities
- Team Leads, and staff.
- Provide expertise in support of responses to market surveys, requests for information, and requests for proposals.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable field preferred
- Expert knowledge in facilities operations and management.
- 5 years of program management experience.
- 10 years of experience supporting facility management services.
- Successful track record of leading and managing programs in similar scope areas.
- PMP certification.
- Hazmat training.
- First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
