About the role

- In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to learn every aspect of property operations while making a tangible impact on our residents and local communities.
- Working closely with the Property Manager, you will help direct the daily operations of four apartment communities across Shaker Heights and Edgewater.
Responsibilities
- Lead the leasing efforts for your property group, including advertising, applications, showings, move-ins, and renewals
- You genuinely enjoy connecting with residents and building vibrant communities.
Skills
- Availability to work a 40-hour work week, which may include Saturdays
- Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license
- Valid vehicle registration and insurance
- Able to ascend/descend stairs, traverse uneven terrain, transport up to 25 lbs, and use a computer for a full workday
