- Lead the execution of complex technical projects, driving them from concept to production while maintaining high standards for performance and reliability.
- Building Carta's agentic CRM for deal teams and investor relations, turning relationship intelligence, dealflow, and fundraising into agentic workflows wired directly into the fund ERP. [ Learn more here ]

Compensation
- Carta's compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans.
- Our expected cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is:
- $181,050 - $213,000 CAD in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada
