- The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement process, vendor relationships, and all associated contracts within the real estate sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead Sourcing RFPs end-to end, including, but not limited to the following: Vendor Non- Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and Pre-Qualification Forms, establishing and recommending the Vendor Bidders List, Bid Recording, Interviews, Leveling process, negotiations, liaising with legal on vendor contract redlines, preparation/presentation of a recommendation for award, when applicable.
- Engage vendors as identified by (Project and Sourcing) leadership including Cost Managers and Project Managers to support early project engagements.
- Support the facilitation of vendor onboarding in relevant systems (Ivalua and Kahua) as needed
- Create and maintain standard contract documents, templates, and agreements to streamline the contracting process.
Requirements
- 5+ years' of contracts and procurement management experience within the AEC industry is required.
- Strong understanding of contracting process, agreements, and contract issues, design, procurement and construction regulations and terms and conditions.
- Experience and understanding of best in class procurement processes using multiple various contracting methodologies.
- Advanced excel abilities, must be comfortable with
- Advanced skill level in Excel and intermediate knowledge of Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook.
- Proficient in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing AIA Contracts for design and construction.
- conditional formatting, dashboard creation, pivot tables, etc.

- The salary range for this full-time role is $93,000.00-$124,000.02 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
