Responsibilities

- Building a professional sales team under the Branch Manager's supervision in today's ever evolving mortgage lending environment.
Requirements
- High School or equivalent degree.
- Must have superior interpersonal, organizational, communication (both written and oral), and telephone etiquette skills.
- Must be a self-starter, motivated, energetic, with excellent time-management skills.
- Minimum of 5 years mortgage banking experience.
Nice to have
- Encompass experience preferred.
Compensation
- The minimum estimated hourly rate for this role is $15.00, along with eligibility to earn monthly commissions. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
