About the role
- Description Summary: The Associate Director - Diversified Industries PM is responsible for the management of a portfolio of commercial loans with a focus in complex middle market transactions.
- Primary responsibilities include underwriting quality, portfolio monitoring and portfolio administration for an assigned portfolio.
Responsibilities
- As applicable, attend client calls (virtual or in-person) with Relationship Management and other Bank partners.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market/industry trends. Conduct industry and market research using numerous resources available.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- The Associate Director will frequently collaborate with internal partners including Relationship Management, Credit Administration, Capital Markets, Treasury Management and other product partners in optimizing customer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required (Finance, Accounting, or related field)
- 5+ years of experience in an underwriting in a commercial banking environment
- Recruiting agencies must have a valid, written and fully executed Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work for consideration.
Nice to have
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (particularly Microsoft Excel)
- Formal credit training
- Experience in the syndicated loan market
- Proficiency in S&P Capital IQ

Compensation
- $70,000.00 - 140,000.00 Annual Salary
- The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position.
- Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
- Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
