About the role

Responsibilities

  • This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including R&D, clinical, regulatory, and sales to deliver impactful solutions to customers worldwide.
  • Collaborate with engineering and clinical teams to translate clinical workflows and technical specifications into product features and enhancements.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials.
  • Drive lifecycle management including feature updates, product improvements, and end-of-life planning.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of radiation therapy technologies, QA processes, and industry regulations (FDA, ISO, IEC).

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field; certification (e.g., ABR) preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in medical physics within radiation oncology, with exposure to clinical workflows and treatment planning systems.
  • 3+ years of product management experience in the medical device or healthcare technology industries.
  • Experience working with regulated medical devices and knowledge of quality management systems (QMS).
