About the role

Position: Fan Space Associate Location: hello82 San Diego Fan Space Work Hours: Between 10:30AM - 7:30PM PST* *WEEKENDS REQUIRED Key Responsibilities Work with Fan Space team to create a welcoming and exciting environment for fans in our San Diego Fan Space Handle Money and Sales using Shopify POS Communicate efficiently with both fellow Teammates and Customers Uphold Performance Standards in any Scale of Crowd Assist in Fan Space tasks including, but not limited to customer service, minor maintenance, floor coverage, inventory tracking, and sales tracking.
Assist in Creative Tasks Qualifications A genuine interest in Kpop music and content Time Management skills High school diploma or higher Experience working with Excel and/or Google Suites Comfortable with Public Speaking and Crowds 1-2 Years of Experience in Retail Ability to lift 30 lbs Excellent communicator and quick, creative thinker with the ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
