- Good communication and data management skills - Prizm
- Background in one or more of the following: Immunology, Oncology, Neurology
- Molecular Biology Techniques
- Extraction, purification, and quantification of RNA/DNA
- Gene expression profiling - RTPCR
- Familiarity with microarray profiling a plus - Affymetrix gene-chips
- Cell Biology Techniques
- Standard in vitro tissue culture techniques (aseptic)
- Handling suspension (immune) cell cultures - Whole Blood, PBMC
- Isolation of sub-populations by magnetic beads
- Processing supernatants for cytokine measurements - ELISA, MSD Platform, Luminex Platform
- Handling both small molecules and biologics (antibodies) for cell treatments
- Assay Development and Screening
- Experience with co-cultures (2D/3D), primary cultures, and organoids are a plus
- Familiarity with Flow Cytometry, Microscopy, and Automation are a plus
- B.Sc. with?7 yrs industry experience
- M.Sc. with?5 yrs industry experience
- Background in one or more of the following:
- Immunology, Oncology, Neurology
