About the role
- The Staff Service Recruitment Associate is responsible for efficiently recruiting and maintaining the Independent Service Network for our Home Warranty Service Delivery team.
- This position requires incumbents to regularly sit at a desk and operate standard office equipment such as a computer and phone.

Responsibilities

- Lead the proactive outbound recruitment efforts for all new ISPs
- Build and maintain relationships with Service Providers via phone and email
- Set up and maintain service provider profiles as it relates to Assurant systems
- Utilize Excel, reports provided, and other tools to manage and analyze data, and track recruitment metrics
- Support the RSM (Regional Service Manager) with daily tasks and responsibilities
- Support RSM with sending/receiving ISP agreements and rate adjustments
- Maintain notes in databases/spreadsheets
