About the role

  • WORK LOCATION & SCHEDULE This role is preferably based in Lexington, KY, with Plano, TX as an alternate location, and requires a minimum of three days per week on-site at the client site, with the balance of time flexibility based on program needs.
  • EMPLOYMENT TYPE & WORK AUTHORIZATION This is a full-time position with an immediate start need.

Responsibilities

  • The Program Manager will plan, govern, and drive execution across manufacturing transformation initiatives.
  • You will own all aspects of program management, governance, planning, execution, and value tracking, while staying close enough to execution to unblock teams, resolve dependencies, and keep delivery moving.

  • Establish and run program governance, operating cadence, status reporting, RAID management, and escalation paths.
  • Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, status reviews, and executive updates.
  • Translate business priorities and transformation goals into actionable execution plans.
  • Track progress against timelines, deliverables, success metrics, and stakeholder commitments.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, value measures, adoption goals, and roadmap priorities.
  • Prepare executive-ready artifacts - status updates, roadmap views, milestone plans, risk summaries, and value-realization updates.
  • 15+ years of professional experience across technology, consulting, operations, manufacturing, enterprise applications, data, or digital transformation (20+ years preferred).
