About the role

The Manager, Distribution & Transportation, will report directly to the VP, Warehouse & Distribution.
The incumbent will be responsible for national strategic efficiency projects for the Supply Chain network.

Recognizing, understanding, and managing emotions in yourself and others enables you to navigate complex situations and engage with others more effectively to drive results.

Minimum 8 -10 years experience as a Distribution & Transportation Manager or Director in a high-volume environment, preferably in a Food/Packaged Goods Company in a multi-channel distribution environment.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or in a relevant field.
Experience with an SAP environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and proven ability to gather and analyze data and work with financials.
Perform other duties as required.

Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training
$126,510 to $166,045
