We're currently seeking an Experienced Architectural Associate to join our Buildings team in our Charlotte, North Carolina office.

Supporting architectural planning, programming, and design for projects ranging from small to moderate in size and complexity.
Preparing project drawings, renderings, presentations, visualizations, and construction documents using industry-standard design software.
Conducting research and investigations to support planning, design decisions, and client recommendations.
Preparing and coordinating construction documents, specifications, and technical reports.

Strong understanding of state and local building codes, zoning ordinances, fire regulations, accessibility requirements, and related governing codes.
Proficiency with architectural production software and construction document development.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects.

Professional experience using Revit and AutoCAD.
Comfortable shifting between multiple project assignments and deadlines in a collaborative environment.
Exposure to a diverse range of markets and project types.

Degree from an NAAB-accredited program and eligibility to begin the Architect Registration Examination (ARE) process are strongly preferred.

What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program and 3+ years of relevant architectural experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
