- The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $119,000 to $180,000.
Requirements
- ERP (preferably NetSuite) and PLM (preferably Arena) experience required
- You will manage suppliers to the required business standards for ChargePoint, validate and monitor the business for ongoing improvements
Nice to have
- You will be required to strategically organize supply chain activities to simplify and consolidate suppliers, maximizing leverage while focusing on security of supply, quality, and cost.
- Responsible for managing key critical suppliers, vendor relations, and risk mitigate any supply issues
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management or minimum 8 years of Sourcing, Commodity related expertise, electrical category preferred

- What You Will Be Doing
- As the Sourcing Manager you will define, develop, and implement a state-of-the-art supply chain strategy bringing scalability, efficiency, quality, and cost optimization
- You will be required to strategically organize supply chain activities to simplify and consolidate suppliers, maximizing leverage while focusing on security of supply, quality, and cost. Influence R&D to align design efforts with preferred and reputable sourcing partners
- You will support and execute key supply agreements vs dual sourcing strategy to maximize results
- Manage commodity category: Electrical, displays and sensors
- You will manage rapid changes through efficient communication and collaboration between R&D and Manufacturing to bring the best cost at product launch in the right supply chain
- You will work closely with Engineering, Quality and Operations for NPI transition to production
