About the role
- We're hiring a Medical Director to help define the future of women's healthcare.
- At Evvy, we believe the vaginal microbiome will become foundational infrastructure for how medicine understands, diagnoses, and treats a wide range of women's health conditions.
- This role will help shape how that future becomes real - clinically, operationally, and scientifically.
Responsibilities
- Own Clinical Outcomes & Care Quality
- Own the clinical strategy behind Evvy Care and clinical outcomes across the platform
- Build systems and workflows that improve operational efficiency while maintaining excellent patient care
- Drive Product Innovation & Clinical Strategy
- Partner cross-functionally to develop new tests, treatments, workflows, and patient experiences
- Serve as a trusted clinical thought partner to company leadership
- Support Research, Credibility & Thought Leadership
- Partner with the R&D team on study design, publications, outcomes analysis, and scientific communications
- Represent Evvy externally through conferences, speaking engagements, PR, and strategic partner conversations
- overseeing how we deliver personalized care today while helping design the evidence, systems, and clinical pathways that allow it to scale responsibly over time.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of clinical practice experience
- Comfort working cross-functionally across Product, R&D, Clinical, and Commercial teams
- Helpful but not required:
- Experience working with third-party provider groups, telehealth networks, or compounding pharmacies
- Experience contributing to clinical research, publications, or evidence-generation initiatives
