About the role

  • We're hiring a Medical Director to help define the future of women's healthcare.
  • At Evvy, we believe the vaginal microbiome will become foundational infrastructure for how medicine understands, diagnoses, and treats a wide range of women's health conditions.
  • This role will help shape how that future becomes real - clinically, operationally, and scientifically.

Responsibilities

  • Own Clinical Outcomes & Care Quality
  • Own the clinical strategy behind Evvy Care and clinical outcomes across the platform
  • Build systems and workflows that improve operational efficiency while maintaining excellent patient care
  • Drive Product Innovation & Clinical Strategy
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop new tests, treatments, workflows, and patient experiences
  • Serve as a trusted clinical thought partner to company leadership
  • Support Research, Credibility & Thought Leadership
  • Partner with the R&D team on study design, publications, outcomes analysis, and scientific communications
  • Represent Evvy externally through conferences, speaking engagements, PR, and strategic partner conversations
  • overseeing how we deliver personalized care today while helping design the evidence, systems, and clinical pathways that allow it to scale responsibly over time.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of clinical practice experience
  • Comfort working cross-functionally across Product, R&D, Clinical, and Commercial teams
  • Helpful but not required:
  • Experience working with third-party provider groups, telehealth networks, or compounding pharmacies
  • Experience contributing to clinical research, publications, or evidence-generation initiatives
