About the role
- The objective of this assignment is to ensure the successful production and delivery of high-quality Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs) from a strategic supplier.
- Production Surveillance Monitor production planning and execution against agreed schedules and priorities.
- Track manufacturing progress and identify production constraints, material shortages, and capacity risks.
Responsibilities
- Identify operational risks and drive mitigation plans.
- Maintain an open action tracker and quality issue log.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PCB/PCBA manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related electronics manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of PCB/PCBA manufacturing processes and electronics production.
- Experience in supplier development, supplier quality engineering, manufacturing surveillance, or industrial performance improvement.
- Working knowledge of IPC standards and AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Experience using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why Analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Fishbone, etc.
- Ability to work independently at the supplier's manufacturing facility while effectively collaborating with supplier leadership and customer teams.
- On-time delivery of required quantities.
