About the role
- Under supervision, responsible for all aspects of corporate sales and analysis both internally and externally.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Growth Officer and regional sales to develop relationships with National Producers.
- Create sales brochures and PowerPoints for use on a regional and national basis by working with producers.
- Support marketing department when needed.
Requirements
- 2 years Sales and Analysis.
- Extremely creative and ability to look for unconventional solutions to problems
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and produce quality work in deadline-driven environments
- The ability to be a self-starter who takes ownership and full accountability
- Overtime hours may be required to fulfill job responsibilities
- May be required to remain stationary for extended periods of time
- May be required to move up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to operate a computer and other devices
- 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or in a related field or the equivalent education and or experience
- 2 years Sales and Analysis. Working in a team environment. Multitasking and Time Management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and priority assessment skills
- Attention to detail and sense of urgency
- occasional travel up to 25% of the time

- Reports to the Growth Officer and works closely with many departments, so strong communication skills are needed
Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $74,600 - $112,000, which includes geographic adjustments, where applicable.
- The pay range is the range THMCC, in good faith, believes is appropriate for this role at the time of this posting.
- The hired applicant will be offered pay within the entire range based on the candidate's geographic location, qualifications, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
