About the role
- Job Description: Integral Ad Science's Manager, Payroll will report to the Controller and has global responsibility across North America, EMEA and APAC.
- Our pay ranges are based on the work location.
- IAS's software provides comprehensive and enriched data that ensures ads are seen by real people in safe and suitable environments, while improving return on ad spend for advertisers and yield for publishers.
Responsibilities
- Manage payroll workload to meet operational requirements
- Direct the preparation of payroll related documents
- Manage compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements
- Maintain accurate account balances
- Support all internal and external audits related to payroll
- Interpret new legislation impacting payroll and drive change and compliance where needed
- Manage and resolve issues relating to payroll production

Requirements
- excellent interpersonal skills required
Skills
- Minimum of 7 years' experience as a payroll professional, preferably in both private and public company environments
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- In-depth knowledge of and experience with payroll calculation and processing
- Global payroll experience, particularly EMEA and APAC
- Knowledge of applicable US local, state and federal rules and laws
- Solid financial acumen
- Proficiency in payroll and accounting software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Certified Payroll Professional designation preferred
- Key Competencies:
- Attention to detail and accuracy are absolutely required
- Communication and collaboration; excellent interpersonal skills required
Compensation
- $88,900.00 - $152,400.00 Annual
