About the role
- The Billing Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Billing Analysts and Billing Representatives supporting client billing operations, accounts receivable management, cash application coordination, training, and issue resolution.
- for the role include oversight of billing operations, billing discrepancies, reporting, KPIs, AR performance, and escalations.

Responsibilities
- Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team
- Supervise, coach, and develop billing team members.
- Lead onboarding and training for new hires.
- Identify skill gaps and implement development plans.
- Maintain training materials, job aids, and standard operating procedures.
- Support workforce readiness for new products, systems, and billing modernization initiatives.
- Manage escalated client and operational issues.
- Support achievement of departmental financial and operational goals.
- Drive operational efficiency and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience utilizing operational metrics and reporting.
- Experience in billing, accounts receivable, revenue operations, healthcare administration, or related operations.
- Prior supervisory, leadership, or team lead experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Healthcare payer, enrollment, eligibility, billing, or revenue cycle experience, preferred
- Experience developing, coaching, and training employees, preferred

- Escalation resolution effectiveness

Compensation
- For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 62,400 - 104,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
