- Symmetrio is recruiting for an Enterprise Oncology IT & AI Strategy Leader for our customer, a global leader in oncology technology and healthcare innovation.
- This individual will play a highly strategic role helping shape the organization's enterprise oncology technology direction as the company continues their expansion.
- The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of healthcare IT strategy, oncology workflow expertise, enterprise software knowledge, and emerging AI technology awareness.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify gaps where external partnerships or outsourced capabilities may accelerate business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology strategy with customer needs and long-term market direction.

- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

- Provide strategic insight into healthcare software ecosystems including oncology platforms, imaging systems, enterprise workflows, and integration frameworks.
- Stay current on trends across oncology technology, healthcare AI, enterprise software, interoperability standards, and digital health innovation.
- Skills and Knowledge Strong understanding of healthcare IT ecosystems, enterprise software environments, and oncology workflows.
- Experience working within highly matrixed, growth-oriented healthcare technology organizations.
- Knowledge of AI trends and their practical application within healthcare and oncology environments.
- Experience within healthcare technology, oncology technology, enterprise software, consulting, digital health, or healthcare transformation environments.
- Prior experience in strategic product leadership, consulting, enterprise healthcare strategy, customer-facing healthcare technology leadership, or digital transformation initiatives preferred.
