About the role
- This role serves as the primary on-site leader responsible for translating business priorities into execution.
- Coordinate and direct daily work activities to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient Emergency Response operations.
- Promote and enforce safety procedures, provide operational training, and escalate performance feedback as appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Support operations leaders by coordinating and mobilizing crews, equipment, materials, and schedules during emergency events.
- Maintain preparedness through drills, training, and coordination with internal teams and external agencies.
- Participate in emergency response activities and perform other related duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with facility team on any maintenance requirements for various equipment.

Requirements
- Review, complete, and sign required documentation, including RCRA manifests and related regulatory records.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of environmental operations, high hazard events within an emergency response environment, and hazardous material safety standards.
- Strong operational judgement, problem-solving, and decision-making skills within a high-risk environment.
- Knowledge of high hazard events, chemical handling, spill clean-up measures, special licenses, and DOT training.
- Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail during emergency situations.
- Must be able to prioritize, stay focused and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and high hazard environment.
- 4 years of related Emergency Response experience.
- A valid driver's license with an MVR that complies with company standards.
