About the role
- Dynamis is seeking a Project Manager to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) implementation of the National Preparedness System (NPS) and National Incident Management System (NIMS). The PM will oversee a multidisciplinary team tasked with developing materials to support NIMS implementation, developing and producing new or updated NIMS
- resource typing documents, supporting the development of the National Qualification System (NQS), and developing and implementing a strategy to collect and analyze preparedness data across FEMA's National Integration Center's (NIC) program areas.
Responsibilities
- Provide project management, leadership, and oversight of a team of subject matter experts (SMEs), analysts, and support staff in supporting implementation of NIMS and NQS; development of NQS resource typing documents; NIC communications; data collection, analysis, and visualization; workshop, meeting, and training support; and technical writing and editing
- Identify opportunities for organic growth on the contract and support capture and proposal development efforts.
- Serve as the primary Interface for Dynamis with the FEMA client, ensuring superior service and delivery excellence in support of exercise programmatic requirements.
Requirements
