About the role

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance for both internal/external engineering teams and cross functional business teams.
  • Contribute to the strategic vision of the platform, strongly influencing technical decisions and long-term architecture.
  • Explore and prototype next generation features including those enabled by generative AI.

Requirements

  • Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, GCE, GCP, Beam, Spark, BigTable, BigQuery etc.)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale distributed systems, from requirements gathering and design to implementation and production deployment.
  • Communication proficiency, capable of elaborating engineering concepts and product features in detail even to non-technical audiences.

Compensation

  • For base pay range purposes, location-based compensation is grouped into the following regions.
  • Salary Ranges:
  • $220,000 - $303,600 USD
  • $198,000 - $273,240 USD
  • $187,200 - $258,336 USD

  • We are looking for an experienced engineer, who can both lead complicated feature developments from end to end and can provide deep technological consultations both to customers and our business team members alike.
  • The Ad Serving team in MCM engineering is responsible for the foundational systems underlying this platform, closely collaborating with campaign management, data infrastructure, and customer integrations.

  • Directly engage with customers to identify gaps, translate real world needs into engineering solutions, and deliver outcomes including legacy platform migrations, data connectors, bespoke features, workflows and analytics.
