About the role
- As one of the first platform-focused engineers, you will directly shape how we scale our systems and integrate new MSP environments into Titan's core platform.
Responsibilities
- Own our cloud infrastructure end-to-end. Design and operate it through code, not dashboards. Build systems that can handle the scale, security, and data complexity of an AI-native platform.
- Build the paved path. Opinionated tooling, hardened CI/CD, clear deployment standards.
- Implement production-grade monitoring, logging, and alerting. Engineer for uptime. Detect issues early. Treat reliability as a feature, not an afterthought.
- Make long-term decisions that hold up under scale. Optimize for modularity, cost discipline, and operational stability as we grow through Series A and beyond.
- You've seen how systems break under scale and know how to proactively design against those failures.
- We acquire and partner with the best Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and embed AI at the core of their operations, empowering technicians to work faster, smarter, and more strategically.

Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, specifically having spent time on a Platform, Core, or Infrastructure team at a startup during its high-growth Series A or B phase.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Node.js.
