Requirements
- Coffman Engineers is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with at least ten years of experience.
- The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity within a dynamic and progressive firm.
Skills
- Manage and design multiple concurrent projects
- Strong ability to interpret technical drawings
- Lead design team efforts
- Manage project team for budget and schedule control
- Develop fee and qualification-based proposals
- Proficient in Hydro CAD, Storm CAD and SWWM (or similar) stormwater modeling programs.
- Stormwater experience in Texas areas preferred
- Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical abilities.
- Conduct marketing/business development activities
- Positive contributor to overall office and department goals, culture, and morale.
- Ability to travel
